He is a highly experienced and successful advocate with vast experience of complex, multi-day discrimination, whistleblowing, class actions, and unfair dismissal claims.
His litigation experience includes representing employer clients in Employment Tribunals, Employment Appeal Tribunal, High Court proceedings, and the Court of Appeal.
Chris has handled countless high profile and complex litigation including at the appellate level and has several legal authorities to his name.
