Katharine qualified as a solicitor in 2006 at a leading UK law firm and has specialised in employment law ever since working exclusively for employer clients. In 2012, Katharine took up a role in a large public sector employer as an in-house solicitor and worked there for over 12 years. 

Katharine is commercially focused and has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.  Her advice is both pragmatic and strategic with a heavy focus on the client’s business need.  Katharine advises on all aspects of employment law including redundancy, TUPE and discrimination.
