Louisa is a solicitor at ESP Solicitors. She qualified in 2020 and joined the firm in 2025. Louisa is also a qualified lawyer in the Republic of Ghana.
Louisa advises employers across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including dismissals, redundancy processes, disciplinaries and grievances. She represents employers in Employment Tribunal litigation, often involving claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing detriment.
Louisa also advises organisations on their data protection obligations and assists with responding to data subject access requests.
Louisa has extensive experience reviewing, drafting and advising on settlement agreements, employment contracts and workplace policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and adherence to best practice.
Louisa works closely with colleagues to prepare and deliver tailored training sessions for clients on both specific employment law topics and wider employment law developments.
