She specialises in workplace investigations, grievance and disciplinary procedures, discrimination, collective bargaining, industrial action and complex employee relations matters.
Suzanne’s hands-on experience of conducting workplace investigations, grievance meetings and disciplinary hearings gives her a strong understanding of the challenges faced by employers. She regularly supports clients with the preparation and management of Employment Tribunal claims, including advising on strategy, preparing documentation and helping clients achieve practical, commercially focused outcomes.
