Suzanne Pipe
Suzanne has over 17 years’ experience in employment law. She advises large national and international organisations on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, providing practical, bespoke advice and support to HR professionals and managers across a wide range of sectors. She specialises in workplace investigations, grievance and disciplinary procedures, discrimination, collective bargaining, industrial action and complex employee relations matters.
Suzanne’s hands-on experience of conducting workplace investigations, grievance meetings and disciplinary hearings gives her a strong understanding of the challenges faced by employers. She regularly supports clients with the preparation and management of Employment Tribunal claims, including advising on strategy, preparing documentation and helping clients achieve practical, commercially focused outcomes.
