Amar joined ESP Solicitors after having previously been employed by a sister company.
She works closely with clients to understand their organisation, culture and strategic objectives, delivering commercially focused, pragmatic advice tailored to their individual needs. Amar is known for providing clear, practical solutions that help clients navigate complex workplace issues with confidence while balancing legal risk with commercial priorities.
