Lisa is a Partner at ESP Solicitors and has over 25 years of experience in employment law.
She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of employment law and advises clients across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare and education (both public and private), agronomy, creative industries, charities, and public relations. Lisa has worked with several NHS trusts over many years, advising on doctor disciplinary matters handled under Maintaining High Professional Standards.
Lisa advises on a full range of employment law issues, supporting clients with performance management and sickness absence, termination of employment, managing TUPE transfers or reorganisation/redundancy processes, responding to complex grievances (often involving discrimination), and advising on changes to terms and conditions affecting thousands of employees.
Her litigation experience includes representing employer clients in employment tribunals, High Court proceedings, as well as the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal.
Lisa leads our investigation team and has conducted numerous extensive investigations for NHS trusts into bullying and discrimination allegations. She also regularly delivers training to clients.
