Helen is an Associate in the Employment team, specialising in complex Employment Tribunal litigation. Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has a broad range of experience across the full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining the team at ESP, Helen worked within the Employment teams of a large national full-service law firm and a well-known international law firm, acting on behalf of a wide range of respondent clients from local authorities, multi-academy education trusts, NHS trusts and police forces, to large private sector and FTSE100 companies operating in the logistics, retail and aviation sectors. Helen prides herself on providing clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice to deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients.
