Ellie joined esphr in January 2024 bringing extensive experience in client management and business development. Prior to this role, she worked for the commercial arm of a gender equality charity, where she assisted senior HR professionals with their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and provided strategic solutions. This experience sparked her interest in the HR field and led her to her current position at esphr.
Before joining esphr, Ellie held sponsorship roles at the WRU and Wales Millennium Centre, supporting enterprise clients. She also worked as a Customer Success Manager at GDS Group, collaborating closely with global technology companies.
Ellie approaches client management with a consultative and friendly demeanour. She is driven by a desire to help clients achieve their objectives, ensuring smooth and successful customer experiences while adding value to organisations. She holds an ILM Level 4 qualification in Leadership and Management and is actively pursuing a qualification in Customer Success.
