Paul is an Associate Director at ESP Solicitors with over 25 years’ experience in employment law.
Paul has worked as a Solicitor in private practice where he was a partner and also in-house in both the public and private sectors. His clients have included nationwide hospitality groups, a UAE royal family with substantial operations in London and Surrey, a major Local Authority with a workforce exceeding 30,000, and a leading national employment agency serving the warehouse and logistics sector for many of the UK’s largest retailers.
Paul’s work has primarily focused on defending complex employment tribunal cases, often involving multiple discrimination allegations against several Respondents. Paul has also delivered a variety of training on topics such as GDPR, Gender Pay Reporting, TUPE and Holiday Pay for term-time workers.
